Domira Home Care was founded to bring a more consistent and intentional approach to care in the home, one built on strong standards, clear communication, and thoughtful execution.
Nick Julian brings a unique combination of clinical experience and operational leadership across home health, hospice, and home care. His background includes work in ICU, medical-surgical care, rehabilitation, and post-acute environments, giving him a broad perspective on the full continuum of care, from acute illness through recovery and long-term support at home.
In addition to his clinical background, Nick has managed and improved multiple care operations, focusing on strengthening caregiver standards, refining communication processes, and building systems that support both clients and caregivers more effectively. That experience directly shaped how Domira was designed.
At Domira, care is approached with structure and intention. Caregivers are selected based on experience, reliability, and professionalism, with an emphasis on long-term consistency.
